You're one crazy girl B Kelliher...

You know those days where not a lot happens, but at the end of the day you feel so good? Today was totally one of those days. I really feel in the swing of things now with teaching..even if that means lesson planning as class is going on sometimes... (but screw it......what is life without a little impromptu thinking once in a while) But I had just 3 classes today and then a short meeting with my supervisor..who is a beast aussie btw. I totally cannot imagine how a room full of Thai kids try to learn from him; I can barely understand him with his accent when its 1 on 1. But then Tencic and i worked out and chowed on a yugeeee meal. Finally a day over 2000 calories!

But sometimes simplicity in all that is necessary in a great day. "The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak." This is what I found at Loyola to be the biggest problem. Too much was happening to really appreciate the things in life that are worth it. Like even as a simple walk from Homeland to Roland park bagel. Or sitting on the quad with no worries, and really talking in how great our campus is..or was (ugh.... our alma mater now) But being back in Asia..and being with Bill.... really puts things in perspective, and helps to filter out the unimportant and allows the things in life that truly matter to shine. So to you Bri, i ask you to cut the loose ends on the things that hold you back from doing exactly what you want to do. And filter out the dark light of unproductively, to let the great light of your being shine through.

To my crazy girl....
