Who knows why all things are said? And that is especially true with myself. Things pop in and out of my head so quickly, i don't always realize what is being said. Take time to think has sort of been a life motto of mine.... or maybe just a technique by my 1st grade teacher to shut me up! But nevertheless B, I want you to know I value everything you do, and really appreciate things. You are the small organism that i really do care about, so nothing i say would ever go against that. You're a beast of a human, working for an amazing company (best in maryland what what!!!) and you are always on top of things. You are a princess in my book, and that book is written in SHARPIE.
You have taught me so much about life, and really been the one there for me when things get dark..well not dark...a little overcast i guess. And the person who I can trust over anyone, and go on epic adventures with. You share the same passion I do about the world, and wish to live in a better place than we currently do.
In my iPhoto, I have all my pictures organized into albums, and by year. And just looking back on 1 year, i have 14 albums that were mainly stuff we did. From dating less than a month, to traveling to North Carolina, staying in a little cabin just to see the OTH studio and go to a North Carolina Seafood, Blues, and Jazz festival, and get spontaneous tattoos is pretty cool in my book.
Having great days downtown when your friends came to visit (and that one photo you love!), that almost silent walk to downtown (that we still need to do!!!), to crazy parties in the Domicile, a magnificent dinner at the Capitol Grille, and one interesting trip to College Park for Halloween; the fall was pretty fun.
And in the winter we didn't let up... We kept our weekly dinners going strong, and had some great photo shoots! We adventured throughout Bridgewater for Christmas Break, and spent New Years in Belmont (I wont dare to post that video from that night!!!) We also went to our first Bull and Oyster Roast... which was certainly interesting. (We all have those kind of night B, no biggie) We decided that another trip down south was necessary... So thank you again for that awesome bed and breakfast in VIRGINIA. (they do say virginia is for lovers ;) And we didn't let up with traveling to Virginia, we travelled all over Baltimore and saw some parts that even a true Baltimore explorer had not seen before. And then was Dragon Day. A true individual holiday, made up by a couple of weird individuals... (our keys getting locked into the car, was just another example of the odd situations we would get into)
But we both know we were kidding ourselves in the winter....
We are both warm weather people who thrive in the spring. And our spring at Loyola was a testament to that. It started off with a FANTASTIC spring break trip to cape cod. Im still a little worn out from that weekend if you ask me.... Something about the spring that I didnt really love was school, but there you were to make it all better. Every wednesday after my GREAT internship, there you were, waiting for me in the college center, as i finished my constantly overdue art projects. That was one of my favorite times all week, wednesday afternoons, because i knew it was just you and me hanging out. But we started trying to explore Baltimore more and head to a new place a week. We actually found some pretty cool bars and restaurants doing this..and who knew TGIF fridays was the place to be! But we had an awesome time in ATLANTIC city...wait did we? Whatever you want to call that weekend, i loved it. But as the year started to dwindle down, it was clear i was headed to Bangkok, and Brianna was staying in Baltimore. This was really depressing, and the whimp that i am totally got emotional about it. But there was the rock (aka Bri) to be by my side and tell me things were gonna be ok, and to make the most of the moment. We had a BLAST at Dewey beach, and such a good time at all of the senior events.
But the point of this blog is to not show what we have done over a short 9 months. But to show how much we are going to do in the next coming years. Bri, this is just a start to how fun times are going to get. And heck, we both had little to no money and look what happened. Not saying that money is everything, but wow things are looking good!
To the girl of my dreams, and to my Princess of China, i want to say your the only one for me....
I know you say you always have a eye on me, but Bri..... Im always creepin' too....
