Today I was thinking about our relationship, and i couldn't really think of any tensions between us. I was pumped. Things are perfect between us!..... And then i saw your mom's facebook page. It is literally filled with pictures of Champ of Janie..And then i thought....we still have
one issue. From the first moment I ever travelled to Bridgewater, (or BH2O as the cool kids call it) I loved everything about the Kelliher clan. From your mom, and her friends who are some of the most outgoing/ and potentially crazy older women I had ever met, to your stoic dad, who always has the perfect little quip for any situation. Your parents represent the ying and the yang, emotion vs. rational. It is beautiful to see in action. And your brother, I don't even know what to say about him. Out of all the friends at Loyola, I would enjoy playing NHL with your brother and talking about life more than hanging with 80% of those friends. He is like a younger version of myself. Wow, its pretty fun looking in the mirror. You live in a awesome small little town with a great little family in a really nice home....
And then there is Champ......
It must have been my beautifully smelling feet that he was initially attracted to, but the first time I ventured to Hayward Place my sandals became the main course Champ's lunch. I wasn't too upset, but I show my emotions on my sleeves, so I'm sure I seemed a little resentful of the situation. And from then on, Brianna and the rest of the Kelliher family viewed that as me disliking Champ.
Or maybe it was the viewing of "Hachi: A Dog's Tale"...... I wasn't particularly fond of the Japanese inspired film, of a loyal dog who would do anything for his owner. But that is to not say i don't like dogs, and furthermore Champ. Champ is a wonderful dog and now is the leader of the Kelliher Dog Pack (KDP) with his new partner in crime the Notorious Jaine. They are awesome dogs who I am sure I will grow to love further...
I DO LOVE CHAMP!!!
